Our delivery guarantee: If you face any download issue or receive a corrupted file, we will fix it or resend your order within 2 hours via WhatsApp or email. No questions asked.

1. Digital product policy

As our products are digital PDFs delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods.

2. When we will refund

You were charged but did not receive the download link within 30 minutes and our support team could not resolve it.
The file is permanently corrupted and cannot be fixed.
You were charged twice for the same order.

3. How to raise an issue

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Cashfree.
